What is your return/exchange policy?

A. The Baking Tin handle’s returns on a case-by-case basis. However, in most cases products may only be returned or exchanged at no charge IF:

  1. It is undamaged and unused
  2. It is not missing any parts
  3. The item has not passed its sell by date
  4. It is not an edible, perishable item
  5. If you have your slip

We will send our courier to collect/exchange the item free of charge. Once we have inspected the item at our premises and we are satisfied with the condition of the item we will credit your account or alternatively we can EFT your account once we receive your bank details. Please bear in mind that a refund can take 2
business days once the item arrives at our premises.

We are entitled to refuse the return/exchange if the product is damaged and not in a re-saleable condition.

If the incorrect item is received, we will replace free of charge.

If incorrect items are ordered by the customer, you will have to pay for courier fees involved in replacing the item.
